Termite Free
The Building Code of Australia only requires termite protection if the structural members of the house are subject to termite attack. Termites do not eat steel.
Strength & Durability
100% resistant to termites, timber rotting and fungal attacks, all frame connections are mechanically fixed with machine screws or tek screws to eliminate frame member separation.
Minimal Maintenance
Steel frames made from TRUECORE® move at a similar rate to plasterboard, minimising maintenance to plasterboard joins or cornices and the elimination of unsightly nail popping.
Safety
As steel is non-combustible, it does not add fuel to a fire. Moreover, steel frames are not treated with chemical sprays and provide a healthier environment for asthma and allergy sufferers.
