Maxispan Pty Ltd, a proudly South Australian company, manufactures and supplies steel framing, trusses, and floor systems to the residential housing market and commercial sector. As an innovative and growing business, Maxispan is seeking a Yard Coordinator/Forklift Operator to oversee the yard’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- General forklift duties – High Risk forklift licence required
- Load and unload deliveries at the warehouse
- Pick and pack accessories for dispatch
- Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate
- Assist with monthly stock counts and maintain yard organisation
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Oversee inward goods and maintain an efficient workflow
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or yard operations, experience in steel or timber manufacturing, and excellent organisational skills. Forklift certification and previous experience coordinating deliveries are essential.
